Eligibility Requirements.
Our platform help you to upload your information and our team will assess your teaching qualifications, references and educational qualifications. Due to China’s working permit restrictions for educators and policies of the schools ,we can only work with teachers who wish to teach abroad in the international schools or public schools and have teacher training and/or teaching experience in one of the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Ireland
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- USA
- South Africa
Finally we recruit teachers of all nationalities who are currently working internationally in an IB World School currently teaching Primary Years Programme（PYP) , Middle Years Programme (MYP) or IB Diploma at least for the past 5 years. We require the educators to be certified teachers which means that you must have a special training such as a Bachelors or Masters of Education,a QTS, a Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Education or full US teacher Certification. The minimum qualification to unroll with our agency is to hold at least a Bachelors degree with TEFL certificate and from native speaking countries
Screening Process
Our Screen process is ensuring that candidates registered with us have been thoroughly evaluated. Not only evaluated for quality of teaching, but for backgrounds clear of actual or suspicious misbehavior around children as well. We are requiring candidates to provide copies of their current or previous background checks, teaching credentials and college transcripts or authenticated degree through Chinese Consulate,Working permit card ( if currently working in China).
With hundred of international schools scattered around China, and tons of information on the Internet, how do you know which schools are credible and which ones are not? This is a very good question, and one that you should consider when you are seeking a position overseas for the first time or are already overseas and looking to move on. Our agency conducts a deep screening process of all the schools around China. The advantage of operating from China helps us to check all the credible records and teacher’s testimonial who have worked with these schools.The screening process of schools is done annually and monitored all over the the year.
Child Protection
