  • You make the offer and hire the candidate (s) directly then notify our team.
  • We stay in touch with the candidate(s) and your School’s team therefore to facilitate the communication till the candidate(s) on boarding .

Registration Steps

Step 1 - Let us know that you'd like us to recruit for your school(s). Via email schools@edconsult.cn

Step 2 - One of our team will contact you to discuss better about our recruitment services and collect your job openings and we'll get them posted on the website.

Step 3 - Our placement coordinator will send you our pre-screened candidates that are qualified and interested in your job opening.

Step 4 - You could run the interview with the candidates and hire them.

Step 5 - Our agency will follow up on updates about candidates placed with your school(s) for the first 3 months.
